Why our flowers come from Holland
People sometimes ask why we don't simply buy at the local market. The answer is vase life. Here's what actually happens to your bouquet before it reaches the door.
From the auction to the workshop
Our flowers are bought at the Dutch flower auction, the largest and most tightly controlled flower market in the world. Stems are graded, cooled immediately after cutting and kept in an unbroken cold chain on the way to Casablanca.
That cold chain is the whole point. A flower that has never warmed up before it reaches the vase can keep going for a week or more; one that has spent a day in the sun cannot.
Arranged in Casablanca, not shipped in a box
We don't post pre-boxed bouquets. Every arrangement is made by hand here in Casablanca, on the day it's delivered, by our own florist. Stems are cut fresh, conditioned in water and tied on the spot.
What that means for the person receiving them
Fuller heads, stronger stems and a bouquet that still looks good on day six. We also give simple care advice with every delivery: fresh water every two days, a clean cut on the stems, out of direct sun.
